Connect Appointments is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join an established food production business based in Uphall, West Lothian.
What’s on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Paid weekly at 12.71 per hour
As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking and packaging customer orders accurately on the production line
- Ensuring all loaded and unloaded items match the relevant paperwork
- Reporting any damaged or missing items to supervisors
- Storing and distributing produced items and assisting with inventory controls
- Keeping the production and warehouse environment clean and tidy
To be considered as a Food Production Operative, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food production, warehouse or manufacturing environment is required
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at pace
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- The ability to work effectively under limited supervision and as part of a team
