Strategic Commercial & Contracts Manager (Hard FM)

Job Description

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced professional to lead the contract administration for our facilities management services in the UK. You will manage the contract application process, handle commercial queries, and deliver KPI and financial reporting for the contract.

The role requires at least 5 years in Hard FM, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is essential, and NEC-type contract experience is desirable.
