Common Thread Group is hiring a Residential Childcare Worker to help create a nurturing home for vulnerable young people who have experienced trauma. You’ll provide emotional support, maintain routines, and participate in daily activities including cooking and school runs.

Full-time or part-time permanent contract. Salary ranges dependent on qualifications, with supportive management and development opportunities within the home.
