Viva Data Product Manager: HR Insights & Strategy

Job Description

Barclays is seeking a Viva Data Product Manager for a 12 months fixed-term contract to lead the effective use of Microsoft Viva, M365, Copilot and related data platforms. You will develop expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and align HR data initiatives with business outcomes across senior stakeholder groups.

You will design a coherent HR data framework, connect multiple data sources, and drive insight-led solutions to improve decision making and HR processes.
