Job Description

LOCATION: PRINCESS SQUARE GLASGOW SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Sunday4/7,5/7 rotation.45 hours per week . PAY RATE: Competitive JobObjective&Responsibilities:

We arelookingtoappointaproactiveSecurityOfficerwith customer service at the forefront of all they dotomaintainasafeandsecureshoppingenvironmentfor all our customersandteam.SIACCTV/DSor SG Licence required.

Job Spec:

  • Carryperiodicduties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
  • Be present on themallto ensure a safe and secure environmentis maintained
  • Conduct patrols covering all areas of themalland serviceareas
  • Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden
  • Oversee external contractormanagement to ensure safe working practices

Candidate requirements:

  • Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal to assist with accurate report writing
  • Excellent time management
  • Smart,well-groomedand confident
  • Conflict Management aware
  • High level of customer care awareness
  • Familiar with patrolling andmonitoring fromboth a loss prevention aspect and health & safety
  • SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence/CCTV licence
