Service Operations Coordinator – Industrial Refrigeration

Job Description

Johnson Controls in Bellshill, Scotland, is looking for a Service Coordinator to support its Industrial Refrigeration division. You will coordinate engineer scheduling, process timesheets, raise jobs, order parts and manage WIP, while handling customer communications and purchasing. The role also involves invoicing support and KPI tracking.

You will maintain training records, support compliance (EHS, FGAS), and contribute to continuous improvement across maintenance, reactive, and project work.
