Marston’s PLC in Glasgow is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and help deliver high-quality, on-pass dishes with pride. As second in command to the Head Chef, you’ll manage the kitchen during service, mentor the team, and ensure standards of food and service are maintained.
