Job Description

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in Edinburgh. You will lead a team of care staff, ensure high standards of person-centred care and contribute to recruitment and staff development. This is a full-time role within our Edinburgh services.

You will play a key role in day-to-day operations and service delivery, working closely with professionals and the people we support. A background in health & social care leadership is preferred.
