You’ll play a key role in shaping IAM strategy, driving platform improvements, and enhancing security, governance and user experience.

IAM Platform Manager Responsibilities

Own and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.
Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption.
Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers.
Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards.
Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and value.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across identity governance and access management.

IAM Platform Manager Requirements

Proven experience managing One Identity Manager (OIM) or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Governance.
Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP and integration technologies such as APIs and connectors.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing platform compliance.
Strong stakeholder engagement, supplier management and negotiation skills.
Experience operating within large-scale, multi-site or international organisations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of VB.NET, scripting, GDPR, SOX or audit frameworks would be advantageous.
