Senior Implementation Lead, Process & AI

Job Description

Rotageek is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist, Process & AI to lead the hands-on build and delivery of customer implementations. You’ll work with Implementation Managers to convert approved designs into live configurations, enhancing delivery capacity and consistency across the team.

You will help identify friction and redesign workflows using AI, automation, templates and stronger governance, while supporting testing, go-live readiness and documentation.
