Job Description

The Munro Agency is a rapidly growing digital agency that specializes in delivering exceptional web and mobile experiences to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites using popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Beaver Builder.
  • Create custom blocks with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to enhance website functionality and improve content management.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to bring creative web projects to life.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on WordPress websites.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
  • Implement and manage website content updates, modifications, and routine maintenance.
  • Adhere to web development best practices and stay current with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Proficient in using popular WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Beaver Builder).
  • Experience with creating and managing custom fields using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
  • Familiarity with responsive design and website optimization.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
