Patient Booking Clerk – Part-Time Outpatient Scheduling

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Clerical Officer – Patient Focused Booking (PFB) to join the Medical Records Department on a part-time basis (22 hours per week). The role processes referrals from Primary to Secondary Care, books outpatient appointments and handles general clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy office, strong communication and customer care skills, be well organized, and able to meet deadlines.
