Chef de Partie: Lead Your Station in Luxury Resort Kitchen

Job Description

The Old Course Hotel, part of the Kohler Group in St Andrews, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning Road Hole Restaurant kitchen. You will own your section within a 3 AA Rosette operation, delivering exceptional food and mentoring junior chefs in a luxury resort.

You will work closely with the Executive and Sous Chefs to uphold high standards, manage mise en place, and support stock control and cost targets while ensuring HACCP compliance and allergen management.
