Senior Charge Nurse – Frailty & Elder Care (Home First)
Job Description
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse/Charge Nurse to lead nursing care in the Receiving Frailty Unit, supporting rapid assessment, rehabilitation planning and safe discharge for older adults living with frailty.
Based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, this permanent, full-time role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and to promote a Home First approach, with 12-hour shifts.
