Spark of Genius, Ochiltree-based residential children’s home, is seeking a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to lead a team and support young people daily. You will help create a warm, safe home and oversee day-to-day routines.

You’ll supervise staff, contribute to care planning, monitor progress, and prepare reports for managers while promoting individual needs and wellbeing. A UK driving licence, SVQ 3 in Children & Young People, and safeguarding DBS/PVG check are essential.
