This is a great opportunity for someone to join this excellent fine dining restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes as Assistant Bar Manager. You must be an Assistant Bar Manager or a Supervisor ready for a step up, who has experience in a similar style of venue and who knows the standards and style of service required. You must have excellent drinks knowledge, specifically whisky and wine. You will have a passion for the Hospitality industry and for delivering first class service.
