Crieff Hydro is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the Winter Garden & Loggia outlets at our hotel in Crieff, Scotland. You will lead a large hospitality team and shape guest experiences across lunch and dinner services in a dynamic seasonal environment.

You will coach staff to deliver high standards, drive profitability, manage budgets and rotas, and ensure health and safety compliance while embracing our culture of care and continuous improvement.
