Senior Community Nurse Lead – 24/7 Home Care & Public Health

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and deliver high quality community nursing services across a 24/7 pattern. You will work in partnership with patients, carers and other agencies to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care.

The role requires NMC registration, a degree (or working towards) and a driving licence. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, participate in public health activities, and contribute to ongoing service improvement.
