CODE is developing a new premium seafood-led guest experience in Edinburgh’s Old Town. This hands-on role will shape sourcing, menu development, stock control and guest experience from the ground up.

You’ll lead a small kitchen and service team, build strong supplier relationships with Scottish producers, and curate a concise drinks list that complements the food offer while ensuring speed, consistency and quality.
