Health Visitor & Public Health Nurse: Lead Child Wellbeing

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is recruiting a Health Visitor to be the designated named HV for all children in the caseload from antenatal to school entry age. The role involves planning, monitoring wellbeing and working with families and agencies to create and monitor a child’s plan.

You will provide clinical governance, mentorship and supervision, ensuring staff development and ongoing service improvement while upholding NHS policies and standards.
