Sodexo is offering a Commis Chef role in Fort Augustus, Highlands. You will assist the Chef/Head Chef and help deliver high-quality meals in line with company standards, contributing to a welcoming, home-from-home resident experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail and a positive kitchen culture with themed dining and service excellence. DBS checks are required and rotation is 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
