Lead Community Learning Disability Nurse (Band 6)

Job Description

Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Band 6 Community Learning Disability Nurse to join the City CLDT. You will work to improve health outcomes for people with learning disabilities in the Aberdeen area, in both inpatient and community settings.

The post requires 1st level RNLD registration, knowledge of relevant legislation, evidence of evidence-based interventions, and the ability to lead within a multi-disciplinary team.
