Job Description

NHS Orkney is seeking a qualified Senior Charge Nurse to lead the inpatient area across Medical, Surgical, Gynaecology and Orthopaedics. You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring safe, high-quality care and a positive patient experience within a busy acute setting.

The post requires an NMC registration, ongoing CPD to degree level, and substantial post registration experience in acute care.
