Lead Care Assistant for Dementia & Residential Care

Job Description

HC-One in Scotland (Falkirk) is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants, develop personalised care plans and support residents with dementia, daily living and medications under supervision.

You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure high-quality care, build strong relationships with residents and families, and uphold safeguarding and record-keeping standards.
