Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Security

Job Description

Great British Energy seeks an experienced Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Security (HSWS) leader to shape safety culture as we scale a national energy organisation. You will create foundations, governance and capabilities to embed HSWS in strategy, delivery and partner ecosystems.

You will build cross-functional capability, establish risk and assurance processes, and coach senior leaders to elevate safety maturity while supporting growth and innovation across our infrastructure portfolio.
