Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to help young people in our care. You will support daily routines, school prep, homework, and activity planning, while maintaining paperwork and safeguarding responsibilities.

We value a can-do attitude, empathy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping young people thrive. A UK driving licence is required; Level3 Diploma funding is available for those without it.
