Lead Community Nurse – District Nursing & Leadership

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high quality community nursing services across age groups. You will lead the community nursing team, work with patients, carers and other agencies to provide safe, effective, person-centred care.

The post requires NMC registration, post graduate district nursing experience and strong leadership skills. Fixed term 6 months, with secondment options for current NHS Lanarkshire staff.
