Quantity Surveyor: Precise Commercial Reporting

Job Description

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a permanent Quantity Surveyor to strengthen the Commercial team and maximise project profit while minimising risk. You will produce timely cost reporting, manage CVRs, ELF and EVM data, and work with operations to optimise commercial outcomes across multiple schemes.

Responsibilities include monthly payment applications, WIP and debt management, and subcontract administration to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
