Regional Field Merchandising Lead (Driver)

Job Description

Dee Set Ltd is seeking a Field Merchandiser to support Regional Performance Managers in daily store operations and to drive the field merchandising strategy across stores. You will coach teams, ensure consistency in service levels, and promote Dee Set standards on the shop floor.

The role requires access to a own car for travel across Dunfermline to Fraserburgh and may involve weekend work. Working hours average 37.5-40 per week with Monday to Friday patterns.
