Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Support Assistant to manage shared mailboxes and coordinate admin tasks across the sales cycle.

You will handle end-to-end order processing from quote to delivery and invoicing, using vendor portals to place orders and obtain invoices.

Build supplier relationships, ensure SLAs are met, and keep colleagues and customers updated on progress, while driving ongoing process improvements.
