Lead Agricultural Service & Workshop Operations

Job Description

Hamilton Ross Group has a long history of supplying Agricultural, Groundcare and Construction machinery across Central Scotland. We are seeking a strong leader to run the Tarbolton service department, own performance and set the standard.

You will report to Group Senior Management, take full ownership of the Tarbolton service department and stay hands-on with the technical work while guiding the team to deliver quality and profitability.
