Senior District Nurse: Complex Home Care & Independence

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Band 7 District Nurse to join the Community Nursing Service. You will manage a complex caseload, provide expert clinical assessment and intervention, and work with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe, person-centred care at home and in the community.

You will support patients with long-term conditions, frailty and palliative/end-of-life care, while contributing to quality improvement and supervising junior staff.
