Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the capture and documenting of client requirements for data and reporting
- Take the lead on defining data and reporting strategies
- Support the design and implementation of new data and reporting solutions
- Act as point of contact for the client throughout the design and development of the new solution
- Identify areas in existing Project, Programme, Portfolio and/or PMO reporting to increase data insights
- Responsibility for building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reports and tools
- Regular engagement with the client team members and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with other offices, service streams, sectors and the wider AtkinsRéalis business to provide combined and innovative solutions
Requirements
- P3M experience useful, but not essential
- Business analyst, data and reporting, digital transformation and/or process improvement background
- Some knowledge of construction useful, but not essential
- Awareness of PMOs
- Awareness of project and programme management methodologies
- Analytic skills to interrogate data, identify trends and performance improvement measures
- Experience of stakeholder management
- High standard of proficiency in oral and written communication
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Expertise with the use of Power BI
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Alteryx, etc. would be an advantage but is not essential
