CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee hard FM services across a multi-site estate in the Central Belt. You will ensure maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements, while building strong client and partner relationships.

The role involves managing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring KPIs and budgets are met, and identifying opportunities for additional works.
