About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Restaurant Bartender to join a busy hospitality team in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Bartender, you will:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create cocktails using standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Verify customers’ ages to comply with UK licensing laws.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders and responding to guest enquiries.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems, including cash handling.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience (essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Experience in cocktail preparation or brewing is an advantage but not essential.
- A Scottish Personal Licence is desirable but not required.
