Mecca in Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader to run a shift, set pace and standards so every guest enjoys a brilliant experience. You’ll brief the team, manage rota within your zone and ensure smooth service on busy shifts.

You will lead by example, drive service excellence, and coach team members in real time to maintain safety and quality, while meeting KPIs and delivering a memorable guest experience.
