HC-One Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant on a night shift (8am-8pm, 4 nights over 7) to lead a team in dementia, nursing and residential care settings.

You will ensure personalised care plans, maintain dignity and independence for residents, and support families with sensitive communication. roles include supervising Care Assistants, administering medication with the nurse, and maintaining meticulous records.
