B&Q Leven is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to manage a shift, support colleagues and ensure a safe shopping environment. You will help deploy staff, assist customers, and oversee daily store operations.

The role requires a proactive leader who can work 18.5 hours per week, with shifts from early morning to late evening, and a pension-backed benefits package. Salary is £14.50 per hour plus holiday entitlement.
