Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Cleansing Operative to join a street and open space cleaning team in Edinburgh. You will carry out day-to-day operations, ensure service standards and safe working practices.

You will use handheld devices to report work, remove waste including litter, leaves, needles and fly tipping, service litter bins, assist with weather emergencies, and support emergency services as needed. We value diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds.
