Autism Services Team Leader – Senior Practitioner

Job Description

Randstad Care looks for a Senior Autism Practitioner (Team Leader) in Lanark to guide a team supporting over 48 autistic adults across housing, residential and transitional services. Role is full-time (37 hours) with evenings, weekends and on-call duties.

You will coach staff, lead service planning, recruitment, multi-agency collaboration and robust digital records while contributing to on-call coverage in a dynamic social care setting.
