Routes To Work South in Larkhall is seeking factory operatives on a trainee basis to join a manufacturer of doors and windows based in Larkhall.

This full-time role offers hands-on learning across window fabrication and production; CSCS preferred, ideal for motivated individuals with good timekeeping and a willingness to learn. You will work under supervision to gain skills and there are opportunities for progression in a busy production environment.
