Due to continued growth, a Cumbernauld based uPVC window and door supplier, and manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Lead Hand/Glazier to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced glazier looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and growing company.

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent , 40 hrs, Monday- Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting the glazing team on a daily basis
  • Ensuring production schedules and quality standards are achieved
  • Glazing uPVC windows and doors to a high standard
  • Training and mentoring team members
  • Identifying and resolving production issues
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
  • Proven experience as a glazier, preferably within the uPVC window and door industry
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience would be advantageous
