Sodexo Group in Fort Augustus, Scotland, is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations in a remote setting. You will develop menus, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional food quality while supporting resident wellbeing and recovery.

Role demands hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and a focus on continuous service improvement in a village environment. Rotation is 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off; DBS check required.
