Mental Health Quality Improvement & Performance Lead

Job Description

NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a quality improvement and performance post in the Mental Health Directorate. The role will apply quality improvement principles across clinical teams with strong autonomy and support from the management team.

The post will develop a performance reporting framework aligned to national strategic drivers, with an expectation to be embedded across clinical teams four days a week, with one day remote. Interviews on 26 August 2026.
