Wound Care & Vaccination Nurse – PCN Clinic

Job Description

The NHS is seeking a Wound & Dressings Clinic & Vaccination Nurse to provide and maintain high standards of nursing care for patients in a GP-led network. You will support GPs, supervise a Healthcare Assistant, and perform wound assessment, dressing application and vaccinations for housebound patients.

You will lead the dressings clinic, ensure evidence-based tissue viability care, and work with the PCN to improve patient outcomes. NMC registration and wound management skills are essential.
