B&Q in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part Time Shift Lead (18.75 hours per week) across 3 shifts, with flexibility. This is a permanent contract and a keyholder position with early starts at 5:30am and latest finish 8pm.

You will lead and support store teams, drive customer service, and work closely with Department Managers to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.
