Job Description

The National Trust for Scotland at Culzean Castle is seeking a Visitor Services assistant to ensure every visitor enjoys an excellent experience. You will warmly welcome guests, check tickets, and deliver engaging tours and school workshops, following scripted timings.

This role involves standing for periods, some physical activity, and interpreting the castle’s history including the Kennedy family, with opportunities to promote membership and donations to support conservation.
