Arkha is seeking a Resource Co-ordinator in Scotland to support high-quality care services across a defined area. You will match staffing resources to needs, deploy staff, and manage rotas using Ark’s AIMS system.

You will collaborate with service managers, develop guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires weekend/evening shifts with hybrid working after induction.
