Boarding House Lead – Assistant Housemistress

Job Description

St Leonards is a friendly and forward-looking independent boarding and day school in St Andrews. This role supports the Housemistress in leadership and management of a boarding house in line with Ofsted/NMS/SSSC standards. The post is based in residence, with accommodation a one-bedroom flat.

The role involves pastoral care for boarders, safeguarding, and close liaison with parents, staff, and the community. It is full-time, term-time plus two weeks, with a 7.00am-11.00pm rota.
