Search Consultancy is seeking a Venue General Manager for an F&B led operation in St Andrews. The manager will oversee food and beverage and events, ensuring service excellence and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L responsibility, and team development. The £55k+ package includes a base salary, KPI-based bonuses, and additional benefits. Candidates with senior hospitality experience and strong commercial acumen are preferred.
